Clean Skies News reports that the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association files suit in DC Circuit Court hoping to halt the EPA’s plans to regulate greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act. Environmentalists say they are polluting the Great Lakes. The EPA reaches a decision on what do with ships that don’t meet federal standards.
