Senator James Inhofe showed up to discuss why his Republican colleagues boycotted the previous day’s session. Senator Arlen Specter asked Inhofe, “What is it that you want aside from the details specified in your letter?” Inhofe replied, “I don’t have to answer that question. I have that in writing.”
